The two special courses for the yoga teacher training are ashtanga vinyasa and Hatha. Which are specifically intended for the practitioner and also for those who are looking for intense knowledge about yoga. So this training engross every each and one student for like 12hrs per day for understanding deep about the science of yoga. This training consists of 8 main sessions that are:-
- Session 1: For beginners or learners.
- Session 2: asana techniques.
- Session3: individual training.
- Session 4: pranayama.
- Session 5: analyze lessons.
- Sessions6: key shlokas.
- Session 7: a total review of yoga sutras and physiology.
- Session8: self-preparation.
Session 1: (For beginners) – In the first module beginners are taught the ashtanga (yoga asana) and classical Hatha in the Indian yoga (indeayoga) style. Throughout this module, they get to learn about the practice of IndeaYogaArogya i.e. beginners, abhayasa (practice), and basic series for (Hatha) or first series for (ashtanga).
Session 2: (Asana techniques) – in this a specific format is made to complete the session i.e. English and Sanskrit translation, restrictions, silent demonstration, benefits, detailed procedures, usual mistakes, differences, class introduction, and training.
Session 3: (Individual training) – during this session, the students of T.T.C. mounting through a mock teaching class multiple times. This helps them in understanding the methodology which comprises the postulate of demonstration, observation, and commands.
Session4: (pranayama) – in this they will get to learn about the practice of breath regulation and the collection of boosting energy and relaxation.
Session5: (analyze lessons) – during this module, a general outlook on the formation and function of the human anatomy will be taught to them, for correlating the consequences of practice on their body.
Session6: (key shlokas: meaning and factors) – throughout this session or module, students are expected to learn recommended openings and closing of prayers. Also to chant the mantras and get familiar with all shlokas.
Session7: (a total review of yoga sutras and physiology)-during this, students are taught about the authentic meaning of yoga, raja yoga of Patanjali, panchashlokas, an overview of chakras, etc.
Session8: (self-preparation) – this comprises self-practice, self-study, suggests books, and also engages in discussions and preparation on every topic given by the mentors.
